We want to welcome any of you to this mindful, transformational and knowledge gaining experience. Whether you want to teach or deepen your personal Yoga experience, we will be holding a comfortable and gentle space for you to explore.
We will kick start our training with a restful retreat up in our beautiful Ogden Valley.
Entering space the evening of Friday, January 17th with Opening, Tea and Meditation.
Saturday will be filled with Yoga, Meditation and talks on fasting and nutrition and quite time. (All food, juice and elixers will be provided throughout Retreat).
Sunday we will exit space at 12:00 pm after Yoga, Juicing, and setting intention.
