We will begin our weekend within the cosmos, where the pranic journey to the self begins and ends. From the cosmos we will drop into the energy fields of the body including the koshas, nadis, chakras, and vayus and deepen our understanding of these systems work and how our pranayama exercises are the most powerful practice to reach heightened states of being. We will deepen our practice of different pranayama and gain a deeper understanding of how each help to purify, activate and assist us in our lives.

This weekend we will narrow down many aspects of how we treat our offering as a business, how we can expand beyond the weekly classes and how we evaluate ourselves as teachers, taping into our strong points in present. Within the business pieces we will learn how to also give back to our community within the yoga practice.
